When you use Kuboid Autism Companion, we only ask for the information necessary to provide a personalized therapy experience. This includes:

• Account info: Your name and email address to secure your account.
• Child profile: Basic details like name, age, and gender. This is stored securely and helps us recommend age-appropriate activities.
• Assessment responses: The answers you provide during the onboarding assessment so we can tailor the initial plan.
• Daily activity logs: Feedback you provide on completed activities, which helps the app adapt to your child's progress.
• Device info: Basic technical data to ensure the app functions correctly on your phone or computer.

Your data is used entirely to improve your family's experience within the app. Specifically, we use it to:

• Generate and personalize your child's daily and weekly therapy plans.
• Adapt future plans based on your daily feedback.
• Send you scheduled reminders and helpful tips.

We will never use your data for advertising, and we will never sell it to third parties.

We store your data securely using Firebase, which is backed by Google Cloud's enterprise-grade security infrastructure. All personal information is encrypted both in transit (while it's traveling between your device and our servers) and at rest (when it's stored on our servers). We enforce strict access controls, meaning only authorized personnel can access the systems, and never your raw personal data without consent.

You have full control over your data. You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of all the data we hold about you and your child.
• Correction: Update or fix any inaccurate information in your profile.
• Deletion: Permanently delete your account and all associated data from our servers.

To run the Kuboid platform, we rely on a few trusted third-party services. We only share the minimum amount of data required for these services to function:

• Firebase (Google): Used for secure authentication and database storage.
• Vercel: Used to host our website and ensure it loads quickly for you.
• Gemini API: Used to help adapt therapy plans. Any data sent to the AI is strictly anonymized—we strip out names and identifying details before analysis.

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. If we make significant changes, we will notify you directly via email or with a prominent notice inside the app. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
